At participating locations, Rapids Orthodontics mouthguards can be customized to your school or team colors. They can be one solid color or several colors—the choice is up to you! Show your spirit with one of the many color options available.
What to expect at your visit
Your mouthguard fitting will last approximately 10 minutes. We’ll start by taking an impression of your teeth for our lab, so they can create a mouthguard customized for your smile. When your mouthguard is ready, you can pick it up at our office or have it mailed to you. It’s that easy!
For teams or other groups, mouthguards can be delivered to your school or organization address. Custom mouthguards are available at participating locations only—please look for your location in the form below.
First, you’ll meet with a technician or dental assistant to walk you through the process.
We’ll take an impression of your upper arch, with multiple impression material flavors to choose from!
Before you leave, you’ll select the color or colors for your customized mouthguard.
