An Update for our Patients and Families

Patients and Families,

We are excited to see you and check on your orthodontic progress, and we appreciate your patience and understanding during the temporary COVID-19 office closure. We are working hard to make sure we open just as soon as possible, in accordance with the CDC, ADA, and our State’s guidance. When a reopening date is established, we will call you when we can schedule your appointment.

Upon reopening, we assure you that the safety of our patients and staff remains our top priority. Our clinic stays on the leading edge of dentistry and orthodontics and incorporates advanced safety measures to safeguard health. We have always maintained the highest infection and cross-contamination prevention standards in our clinics, exceeding the standards recommended by the American Dental Association (ADA), the American Association of Orthodontists (AAO), the Center for Disease Control (CDC), and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to ensure that our patients and our team are safe.

Your doctors and orthodontic team at Rapids Orthodontics are committed to staying up to date, day by day, on what is being discovered about the Coronavirus to determine any additional infection prevention and control protocols needed. When you return to our office, you will notice additional measures we have put in place to maximize your safety and comfort. Details are available at https://www.rapidsorthodontics.com/blog/2020/04/safety.

Even more is taking place behind the scenes as we prepare to see you again, including the implementation of advanced technologies that will allow for remote monitoring of treatment.

Again, we thank you for your continued patience and cooperation, and we will be in touch just as soon as possible to schedule your next appointment. In the meantime, if you have any questions, concerns, or if you are experiencing an orthodontic emergency, please email us at info@rapidsorthodontics.com or call 715-421-5255.

Sincerely,

Your Friends at Rapids Orthodontics
